Exterior
You may notice that 2020 Kia Sorento looks great without those additions that look like wolf paw with blades on the trunk door. It is supposed to compete with Ford Edge, mostly with rounded shape of the front end and attractive trunk door. However, with the largeness of the car and impressive roof it looks like Toyota 4Runner. The front end has trapezoidal mesh grille along with the large front lights and air intake on the bottom. The rear end is modern, but it is not a part that attracts attention. More likely that would be wolf paws that we mentioned.
Interior
The cabin inside of 2020 Kia Sorento, as the opposite of the exterior design, is not much different from the cabin in the standard model. As the matter of fact, it is not much different from the cabins in similar crossovers, so you may feel like you have sat in Honda Pilot, for example. There is a simple and flat dashboard, with trapezoidal center cluster framed with chrome, and simple buttons layout below it. Nothing inside actually points at a special edition of the car.
Engine
Since 2020 Kia Sorento is a special version of the model, the engine it got is stronger than the base model. Even though 2.4-liter petrol unit is placed in the base model are not bad at all, producing more than 200 horsepower of the strength, the manufacturer has decided to put 3.3-liter V6 model under the hood that produces 290 horsepower and 252 pound-feet of torque. The transmission is the same as on standard engine, a six-speed automatic transmission. We are not sure, though, that this information is true since the manufacturer has not clearly confirmed it.
2020 KIA Sorento Release Date and Price
The manufacturer has finished the basic design and equipment of the 2020 Kia Sorento; however, we will see it in the second half of 2019. The price is pretty much high for the class. The base model has the price of $47,000 while the additional equipment increases that number to the higher than $50,000. Do not forget that this is the car that Rafael Nadal drives, so it got the recommendations from the highest place. We are sure that buyers will recognize the advantages of the car and put it for their next shopping list.
